Rush; his mother Muriel "Gwen" Rush of Casper, WY; his sons, Bradley Rush of Nashville, TN and Nathan Rush; his grandchildren, Monica, Erin, Ethan, Cheyenne Rush and Daisy Long; his siblings, Mark Rush (Pat) of Casper, WY, Kenny Rush, David Rush and Lori Eger (Jeff) of Denver, CO; his mother-in-law Shirley Thornton; and his siblings-in-law, Rennie Thornton, Rusty Thornton (Lisa) and Ronda Frye. He is also survived by many nieces, and nephews.
