He is survived by: his wife Elaine Gallagher of Hazleton; his siblings, Jim Gallagher (Mary) of Oelwein, Mary Ann Baker (Steve) of Westgate and Tom Gallagher of Cedar Falls; his mother-in-law Step; his brothers-in-law, Vernon Vandersee, Barb, Dale Lowe, Ruth, Richard Wenger and Paul Vandersee; and also, Gwennith Vandersee Williams and Clarence Williams. He is also survived by many Nieces, Nephews, Great Nieces, Great Nephews.
