He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Robert, Thelma Anderson and Albert Moffatt. He is survived by: his parents, Timothy Joseph Moffatt and Vicki Sue Moffatt (Anderson) of Independence, IA; his wife Nicolette Moffatt of Hazleton, IA; his children, Aubree Moffatt, Brantley Moffatt, Cailee Moffatt and Mackenzee Moffatt; and his grandmother Evelyn Riddell (Robert) of Springfield, SC. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
