He is survived by: his wife Karen Helbing; his son Richard Donovan (Kim); his grandchildren, Brandy and Michael Donovan of Asbury, Iowa; his siblings, Janet Vosberg (Tom) of Northfield, MN, Joyce Loeffelholz (Gabriel) of Platteville, WI and Dick Donovan (Katy Schellenberger) of Hazel Green, WI; and his siblings-in-law, Dave Helbing (Carol) of Dickeyville, WI, Rick Helbing (Kris) of Dubuque, Joan Helbing of Dickeyville, Mary Jo Helbing of Janesville, WI and Linda Osterhaus (Carl) of Dickeyville. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
