She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Schweikert and Evelyn Schweikert (Maus); her sister Cindy Eudaley; her daughter-in-law Pam Arensdorf; her parents-in-law, Leo and Joan Arensdorf; and her brother Leonard (Donna).
She is survived by: her husband Marty of Mary's Catholic Church; her children, Tami Hill, Amy Turner (Jerry), Brett Arensdorf and Drew Arensdorf; her grandchildren, Ryan Hill (Megan Kunnert), Tyler Jones (Nick) and Holly Hill (Doug Clancy); her brother Tom Schweikert (Jan); and her in-laws, Mary Jo Gothard (Jim), Alice Davis (Jon), Ruth Arlen (Steve), Dan Arensdorf (LouAnn), Nancy Herbst (Dean), Neal Arensdorf (Tammy Prescott) and Sandy Arensdorf. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers a Sonja Arensdorf memorial fund has been established.
