It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sandra Johnson (Hawarden, Iowa), born in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, who passed away on February 7, 2020, at the age of 57, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Myron "Bud" and Deanna Nelson (Gray); and her brother Garry Nelson. She is survived by: her husband Richard Johnson of Hawarden; her children, Cassandra Oberembt of Port Angeles, Kaitlyn Oberembt of Hawarden and Colby Oberembt of Ankeny, Iowa; her stepchildren, Ashley Schempp (John) of Rogers, Aaron Johnson (Holly) of Redwood Falls, Adam Johnson (Amelia) of Blaine, Andrew Johnson (Ciara) of Algona and Alan Johnson of Sioux Falls; her grandchildren, Brecken, Autumn Oberembt, Jaidyn, William Schempp, Ronan, Adric, Eilee Johnson, Grady, Eli, Emma Johnson and Nevaeh Johnson; and her siblings, Glenn Nelson of Hawarden, Duane Nelson (Sandi) of Winterset and Brenda Dekkers of Hawarden. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
