He is survived by: his brother Darold Barnum of Hawarden; his nephews, Donald "Joe" Barnum of Tampa, Troy Barnum of Littleton and Jason Barnum of Gillette, Wyoming; his niece Tammy Flittie (Bob) of Fremont, Nebraska; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Elizabeth, Mariah, Hailly, Andrew, Hunter, Keegan, Jacob and Logan; and his pet Poncho.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the family.
