He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Breugem and Sadie Breugem (Keizer); his wife Janene Jamtgaard; his siblings, Jack Breugem (Carol) and Retta Anderson (Jerry); his brothers-in-law, Ron Jager, Howard Beer and Harlan Bultman; his niece Kathy Beer; and his nephew Wayne Beer.
He is survived by: his child Jenifer Olsen (Tom); his grandchild Malorie Kleinhesselink (Michael Von Bank) of Orange City; his great grandchild Emma of Hawarden; his siblings, Martha Beer of Canton, Jim Breugem (Zoe) of Tuscaloosa, Gert Scott (Eldred) of Galt, Margie Jager of Rock Valley and Millie Sorlye (Ron) of Hawarden; and his siblings-in-law, Dennis Jamtgaard (Paula) of Grand Rapids, Darold Jamtgaard (Diane) of Naples, Florida and Judy Bultman of Le Mars, Iowa. He is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
Due to state and federal guidance on gatherings due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the family will not be having a public memorial at this time.
