He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul "Bud" Schiefen and Bernice Schiefen (Miller); his brothers, Bernard "Bernie" of Sun City, AZ and Michael Bruce Schiefen; and his sister-in-law Merrilyn Schiefen.
He is survived by: his daughter Roni Daale (Dave) of Fairview, SD; his grandchildren, Sara, Dani, Beau (Ellen), Lincoln, Tanner Jayden (Jessica) and Mackenzie; his great grandchild Laree Smith (Kevin) of Hawarden; his brothers, Don (Judy) of Ft. Collins, CO and Clark of Joliet, IL; his niece Cheryl TenNapel (Robert); his nephews, Matthew (Laurie) and Dan Schiefen (Charlene Lill); his sister-in-law Nancy Schiefen (Colane Gerritsen); and also, Sophie and Olivia.
