He is survived by: his children, Kelly Bultman (Sherry) of Greeley, Kent Bultman of Johnston, Kurt Bultman (Deb) of Hawarden and Kristi Kingma (Pete) of Hawarden; and his brother Kenneth Bultman (Vivian) of Hawarden. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren.
