It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Creighton A. Wegner (Hawarden, Iowa), who passed away on June 26, 2024, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Wegner and Ruth Wegner (Brunskill); his wife Violet Emmers; his sisters, Gwen Doherty and Audrey Youngkin; and his granddaughter Rita Wegner.

He is survived by: his children, Craig Wegner (Julie) of Hawarden, IA, Brad Wegner (Teri) of Crooks, SD, Beth VanderHelm (Mark) of Canton, SD and Renee Nelson (Roger) of Sahuarita, AZ.. He is also survived by six grandchildren; many great grandchildren.

Memorials can be directed to AseraCare Hospice or The American Heart Association.
