He was predeceased by: his parents, Parle R. Kelley and Grace Kelley (Hughes); and his children, Paul Dean Kelley and Cynthia Lea Kelley. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Gammell; his son Richard Kelley; his siblings, Richard Kelley (Kathy) and Phyllis Kinney; and his sister-in-law Ruth Cates. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
