She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard M. Adams and Adeline Mae Adams (Livengood); her husband Cecil Clark; and her siblings, Donald, Lowell, Bill Adams, Mabel Adams and Charlotte Allen.

She is survived by: her children, Raymond, Jan Harris of Blue Springs, MO, Mary, Greg Wade of Red Oak, IA, Ken and Kristin Clark of St. Louis, MO; her grandchildren, Matthew, Miranda Wade of Council Bluffs, IA, Emily, Brandon Sward of Council Bluffs, IA, Brian, Jessalyn Wade of Red Oak, IA, Christine Harris of Blue Springs, MO, Stephanie, Cody Whitfill of Grain Valley, MO, Mitchell Clark and Evan Clark of St. Louis, MO; her great grandchildren, Preston Wade, Ryker Sward, Collin, Ethan Whitfill, Brilyn Wade and Abigail Roberson; her siblings, Richard Adams (Jody) of Red Oak, IA, Leonard Jr. Adams (Karen) of Fort Myers, FL and Janice Jensen (Jerry) of Johnston, IA; and her close friend Sandy Black. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends.
