He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Rueben, Agnes Nyquist, Larry Wax and Joan Wax Hollibaugh; and his uncle Michael Nyquist.
He is survived by: his parents, John Wax and Mary Wax (Nyquist) of Emerson, IA; his wife Stephanie Fuentes; his brothers, Bryan Wax (Rachel) of Dearborn, MO and Brent Wax (Tim Chaffins) of Omaha, NE; his nieces and nephews, Gavin and River Wax of Dearborn, MO; his babies, Sugar and Shadow; and his close friend Kellie Reynolds (Jeff) of Red Oak, IA. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
Memorials are suggested to the family or the Montgomery County Animal Alliance and Rescue.
