He was predeceased by: his parents, Ed Schreiner and Grace Schreiner; and his siblings, Warren Schreiner, Jean Gasper and Patsy Sadler (Dean).
He is survived by: his wife Kathy Schreiner (Breen); his daughters, Toni Rust (Darrell) and Tami Staten (Greg); his stepson Chad Van Waardhuizen (Jen); his grandchildren, Payten Edmundson (Josh), Parker Van Waardhuizen, Rikki and Randi of Minnesota; his great grandchildren, Paisly and Elliot Edmundson; and his close friends, Pat and Denise Rawls. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given in Leuty's memory to his family.
