He is survived by: his wife Tina Sembach; his sons, Jarred Scott of Spencer Iowa, Anthony Scott (Chelsea) of Clarion Iowa and Cody Scott of Dickens; his close friend Connie Rhodes of Sun Lakes; and his grandchildren, Emma Corron of Spencer Iowa, Aiden Jensen, Allison Scott and Austin Scott of Clarion Iowa.
