Lila Mae Soden Obituary
We are sad to announce that on February 25, 2025, Lila Mae Soden of Hartley, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid Lila Mae farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Lila Mae is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She is survived by: her sons, Dick of Wayne, Ken of Hartley and Keith of Palm Desert, California. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; and 12 great – greatgrandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the First United Methodist Church (516 Main St, Wayne, NE 68787). A funeral service will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
