He is survived by: his wife Janet Rons; his children, John Schierholz (Lisa), Amy Fisher and Andrew Schierholz (Erica); his grandchildren, Madison Galm (Nick), Nyles Schimmer (Allison), Ashton Schimmer (Devin Young), Alex Fisher, Adam Schierholz, Isaac Schierholz and Eryn Schierholz; his sisters, Marilyn Duffy (Leo), Jane Hansen (Jim) and Mary Kay Johnson (Bruce); and his siblings-in-law, Mary Rons, Glenda Johnson and Loyd Rons (Carole).
