He is survived by: his children, Ray Blanchard of Hartford, IA, Bill Blanchard of Carlisle, IA and Patti Kielmann of Kansas City, MO; his grandchildren, Kimberly Kielmann, Samantha Rudolph and Ashley Blanchard; and his siblings, Ron Blanchard, Leaton Blanchard and Sandy Gathercole. He is also survived by 3 great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
