She was predeceased by: her husband Jesse Ellsworth; her parents, Raymond Payne and Verma Payne; and her grandsons, Kane Bruns and Jesse Ray.

She is survived by: her children, Angela Deraad (Isac), Brad Bruns (Shanna) and Troy Bruns; her grandchildren, Andrew Deraad, Tyler Deraad, Stacy Deraad, Brandon Deraad, Kaylee Bruns, Cheyanne Bruns and Athena Bruns; and her great grandchildren, Oaklee Deraad, Jordan Deraad and Nellie Burkhart.

Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society in her name.
