He is survived by: his children, Monty Collins (Renee) of Pleasantville, Iowa, Mark Collins (Teri) of Swan, Iowa, Maris Collins (Kimberly) of Knoxville, Iowa, Kandi Collins of Swan and Kristi Kamerick (Dan) of Harvey, Iowa; his grandchildren, Keisha Thompson (Brandon), Trisha Webb (Brock), Ross Collins (Katie), Logan Collins (Ella), Kassadi DeMoss, Levi Collins (Atty), Riley Collins (Avery), Katelynn Collins, Gracie Collins, Lacee Ambers (Cody), Alyssa Sharp (Jake), Kolten Kamerick (Gabby), Karsen Kamerick and Kyra Kamerick; his great grandchildren, Wyatt, Marshall, Walker, Ginny, Grayson, Jensen, Vashti, Ivory, Kash, Ava and Ellie; and his brother Larry (Connie) of Pleasantville.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Pleasantville American Legion Post No. 108 or to the Pleasantville Food Pantry.
