It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Alan Whitmore in Harris, Iowa, who passed away on January 7, 2024, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Whitmore and Donna Whitmore (Smith); and his siblings, Harvey, Howard, Merlyn, William, Marceta, Ione, Marvin and Linda.
He is survived by: his wife Judy Guy of Wilton, Iowa.; his sons, Luke Whitmore (Jaime) of Newcastle and Dustin Whitmore (Lauran) of Blanchard, Oklahoma; his grandchildren, Steven and Ella; and his brother-in-law Robert Guy (Linda) of Muscatine, Iowa. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews; and many wonderful friends.
Memorial donations may be made to the Logan Fire and Rescue Department.
