With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Velma Arlene Hall of Harpers Ferry, Iowa, who passed away on September 5, 2023 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, John "Erwin" Lamphier and May Alta Lamphier (Tripp); her husband James Marcellus Hall; her brother Marvin Lamphier; and her sister-in-law Sheila Lamphier.

She is survived by: her sister Virginia McLaury (Eldon) of Madison, Wisconsin. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
