He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Kinley and Florence Kinley (Waters); his brother Larry; and his uncle Floyd Buckshot Waters. He is survived by: his wife Janice McKee of Harpers Ferry; his sons, Shane Kinley (Sandy Johanningmeier) of Waterville, IA, Wesley Kinley (Patricia) of Harpers Ferry and Dalton Kinley of Harpers Ferry; and his sisters, Mary Davis (Joe) of Cedar Rapids, IA, Kathleen Kinley Sanchez (Rudy) of Las Vegas, NV and Patsy Kinley of Montana. He is also survived by nine grandchildren.
