He is survived by: his mother Phyllis Ballantine (Robinson) of Stanhope, IA.; his children, Jody Head of Stratford, IA, John Ballantine (Jill) of East Dubuque, IL and Jamie Kellogg of Bellevue, IA; and his brother Jim Ballantine (Mary) of Hartland, WI. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.
