He was predeceased by: his parents, James C. Driscoll and Dorothy Driscoll (Morgan). He is survived by: his cousin Kathy Morgan; his wife Sallie (Tiller); his children, Julie Libertini (Tom) and J. Jeffrey Driscoll (Kay); his granddaughters, Kelsey Colby (Rob) and Madison Driscoll; and his brothers, Mike Driscoll (Maureen) and Nick Driscoll (Melinda). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to VMH Home Care in Waukon, WinnMed Hospice in Decorah, and Coe College in Cedar Rapids.
