She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Richards and Blanche Richards (Woodberry); her husband Harland Luster; her son Chris; her sisters, Laura Pumplun (Hank) and Helen Seifert (Walter); her daughter-in-law Karen Luster; and her siblings-in-law, Mary Kane (Neil), Myrtle Spinner (Don), Rita Luster, Ernie Luster (Alice), Pete Luster (Virginia) and Donnie Rissman.
She is survived by: her children, Bill Luster of Iowa City, IA, Laura Lacina (Bob) of Brooklyn, IA, Sue Weipert (Steve) of Marquette, IA, Sandy Williams (Randy) of Monona, IA and Anita "Bird" Luster of Tiffin, IA; her grandchildren, Nick Lacina, Luke Lacina (Amber), Brennan Lacina, Travis Weipert (Abbie), Danielle Weipert (Tarin), Bethany Reed (Jeremy), Max Luster (Eliza), Michelle Breuer (Fred), Stephanie Larson (Jared), Brianna Williams (Jacquelyn) and Jamie Garin; and her siblings-in-law, Clarence Luster (Kay), John Luster (Joyce), Charles Luster, Madonna Rouiller (Jim), Helen Hanesworth (Dick) and Charlotte Monroe (Glenn). She is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren.
In consideration of concerns regarding Covid-19, social distancing and wearing of masks is encouraged.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to Rivers and Bluffs Animal Shelter, Harpers Ferry Fire or Rescue Squad, Harpers Ferry American Legion Auxiliary, or St. Ann's - St. Joseph's Catholic Church.
