She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Brotherton and Ada Brotherton; her husband John L. Petersen; and her brother George Brotherton. She is survived by: her sons, Jeff (Pat), Tim (Joan), Dan (Barb), David (Theresa) and Eric (Natalie); and her grandchildren, John (William), Nic (Kerri), Ryan (Jamie), Kate (Ben), Jody, Brittany (Eric), Max and Scout. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren; a niece, nephew, and many friends.
