It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joe Baker of Harper, Iowa, born in Oskaloosa, Iowa, who passed away on February 15, 2022, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl J. Baker and Freda Baker (Gottman); his sister Lois Miller; and his brother-in-law Lonnie Miller. He is survived by: his wife Connie Black of Harper; his daughters, Michele of Richland, Teresa Corley (Leeland) of Phoenix and Cathy Clubb (Bill) of Harper; his granddaughters, Maci and Rylee Corley of Phoenix; and his nephews, Rick, Jeff and Rodney Miller.
