Christopher Jon Vogel Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Christopher Jon Vogel of Harper, Iowa, born in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, who passed away on March 5, 2022, at the age of 53, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Henry, Dolores Foster, Leon and Rita Vogel. He is survived by: his mother Laura Vogel (Foster) of Kalona; his former spouse McKenzie Olesen; his sons, Zeno and Zander Vogel; and his father Gary Vogel Kohl (Emmilee) of Iowa City. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.

A memorial fund in Chris's name has been established for a college fund for his sons.
