He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard "Bud" Bissen and Bernice Bissen (Kenkel); and his brother-in-law Gail Foxhoven. He is survived by: his sisters, Betty Foxhoven of Earling, IA and Barb Doran of Plano, TX; and his nieces and nephews, Tammy Bladt (Greg) of Harlan, John Foxhoven of Omaha, NE, Ann Conrad (Justin) of Harlan, Marcus Doran (Lindsey) of Lantana, TX, Rachel Newman (Craig) of Lubbock, TX and Alison Doran of Jacksonville, FL. He is also survived by 11 great nieces and nephews; extended family members and friends.
