He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Jr. Huebert and Gertrude Huebert (Leinen); his son Chad; his siblings, Verda Mae, Karen, Gerald, Dallan and Damian; his siblings-in-law, Gary Smith, Robert Risk and Phyllis Smith (Tiny); and his nephews, Troy and Trent Smith.
He is survived by: his wife Cherylene Smith; his daughters, Darcy Kramer (Dave) of Omaha, NE, Michelle Sorensen (Corey) of Harlan, IA and Denise O'Brien (Dustin) of Glidden, IA.; his grandchildren, Macie Ferguson (Luke), Braxton Kramer, Dustin O'Brien Jr. (Lexi) and Mariah Kramer; and his great grandchildren, Henry and Elowynn Ferguson.
