It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael Childs of Harlan, Iowa, born in Shenandoah, Iowa, who passed away on July 5, 2020, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Childs and Muriel Childs (Preble); his wife Nancy Childs; and his brother David Childs. He is survived by: his sons, Eric Childs of Mesa, AZ and Steven Childs (Monica) of Lee's Summit, MO; his grandchildren, Caden and Maci Childs; and his siblings, Steven Childs of Omaha, NE and Sue Hagemann (Fred) of Waverly, IA..
