We are sad to announce that on August 2, 2021, at the age of 90, Melvin L. Clothier in Harlan, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Ella Mae Clothier (Volquartsen) and Cecil Clothier; and also, Ben and Millie Joens. He is survived by: his wife Donna Clothier of Harlan; his children, Jeff Clothier (Jill) of Des Moines and Jennifer Lassner (Jason) of Iowa City; his grandchildren, Julia, Brody, Tyler Lassner and Jessica Burt; his brother-in-law Roger Joens (Anne) of Huntsville, Alabama; his niece Kim; and his nephew Russ. He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
