She is survived by: her children, Katherine "Katie" (Darrin Jacobsen) of Harlan and Charles "Chuck" Hayes (Mandy) of Harlan; and her siblings, Frannie (Dan Nissen) of Elk Horn, Iowa and Steve Page (Barb) of Manning, Iowa. She is also survived by four grandchildren; four step grandchildren and one step great grandchild.
