He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Borkowski and Anna Borkowski (Bald); his brother Merlin Borkowski; his siblings-in-law, Phyllis Borkowski and Roko Kovacevic; and also, Bill and Dorothy Bode.
He is survived by: his wife Judy Borkowski of Harlan; his siblings, Kermit Borkowski of Dexter, Alerd Borkowski (Judith) of Carroll, Ruth Kovacevic of Bolivia and Irma Tate (Gary) of Belvidere, Illinois; and his siblings-in-law, Larry Bode of Polk City and Jean Borkowski of Manning. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
