We are sad to announce that on July 31, 2020, at the age of 89, Lavonne Irene Anderson (Harlan, Iowa), born in Shelby, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Sorensen and Mabel Sorensen (Christensen); and her husband John Anderson. She is survived by: her daughters, Susie Caddock (Earl) of Plano, TX, Jan Hallam of Council Bluffs, IA, Shari Gouldsmith (Jeff) of Omaha, NE and Sally Hawn (Dan) of Harlan. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren and other family members and friends.

Memorial contributions may be made to Calvary Baptist Church in Walnut or First Baptist Church in Harlan.
