He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Kramer and Alma Kramer (Rau); and his sister Debbie Rounds. He is survived by: his siblings, Sandy Hopper (Dave) of Carroll, John Kramer of Easton, KS, Geralyn Kramer of Mason City, IA and Tami Meiners (Alan) of Dedham, IA; and his brother-in-law Bob Rounds of Harlan, IA. He is also survived by 4 nieces and 6 nephews; many other family members and friends.
