He is survived by: his son Charles Kaufmann of Sioux City; and his siblings, Cleo Greer of Council Bluffs, IA, Rose Schwarte (Ken) of Branson West, MO and Lee Kaufmann (Julie) of Westphalia, IA. He is also survived by nieces and nephews; other family members and friends.
