He is survived by: his children, Gina Lewis (Mathew) of Missouri Valley, IA, Billie Jean Hazzard (Raymond) of Harlan, IA, Cheyanne Tauke (Andrew) of Earling, IA and Jessica Young (Daniel Conyers) of Mondamin, IA; his grandchildren, Brady Lewis, Cory Hazzard, Skyler Lewis, BayLea Conyers, Beau Hazzard, Molly Lewis, Daisy Tauke, Carson Conyers, Maxine Hazzard, Barrett Hazzard, Tillie Hazzard, Cora Tauke, Callahan Tauke and Tobias Lewis; his former wife Beth Young of Council Bluffs, IA; his stepmother Susan Young of Kansas City, MO; his siblings, Carrie Muse (Doug) of Greenwood, IN, Valerie Lumm (Matt) of Kansas City, MO and Travis Young (Chelsea) of Smithville, MO; and his pet Whiskey. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, other relatives, and many friends.
