She was predeceased by: her parents, Valentine Sr. Schechinger and Martha Schechinger (Schmitz); and her siblings, Marie Ann Reding, Evelyn Coenen, Valentine Jr. Schechinger, Ella Marie Nielsen, Anthony Schechinger and Ellsworth "Buddy" Schechinger.
She is survived by: her husband Ray; her children, Jim Chipman (Becky) of Harlan and Sheryl Rinker (Rex); her grandchildren, Eric Chipman (Hope) of Harlan, David Chipman (Kristi) of Big Rapids, MI, Austin Rinker of Ankeny, IA and Amelia Rinker of Minneapolis, MN.; and her great grandchildren, Grant, Will, Theo Chipman of Harlan, IA, Jonathan, Andrew and Matthew Chipman of Big Rapids, MI.. She is also survived by children and grandchildren, as well as her siblings, nieces, and nephews.
