With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Eugene Dale Travis of Harlan, Iowa, who passed away on November 28, 2024 at the age of 47. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Jessie A. Travis and Roberta J. Travis (Brock); his brothers, Danny Travis (Prudy Kloewer) of Harlan, Dennis Travis (Connie) of Tarkio and Marvin Travis (Leanne) of Harlan; and his nieces and nephews, Justin Travis (Kelci Judas), Josh Travis (Julie), Danielle Travis (Austin Ede), Tabitha Eaton (Johnny), Samantha Jenkins (Zach), Courtney Hensley (Nathan), Brock Travis (Rachel) and Kyle Travis (Sophia).
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 3rd 2024 from 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM and on Wednesday, December 4th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. A prayer was held on Tuesday, December 3rd 2024 at 6:30 PM at the Heartland Funeral Home (1401 Garfield Ave, Harlan, IA 51537).
