He is survived by: his wife Marti Finken of Earling, Iowa; his children, Jason Finken (Becky) of Harlan, Iowa and Ryan Finken (Melinda) of Elkhorn, Nebraska; his grandchildren, Noa, Chase, Evan and Kai Finken; and his siblings, Judy Buckley of Earling, Iowa, Shirley Leonard, Kay Kurcz (Dave) of Papillion, Nebraska, Diane Dunham (James) of Conway, Ruth Asbury (Larry) of Pearcy, Arkansas, Debra Hudkins (Richard) of Cibolo, Texas, Audrey Henscheid (Steve) of Newton, Iowa and Keith Finken (Judy) of Defiance, Iowa. He is also survived by nieces and nephews; other family members and friends.
