He was predeceased by: his parents, James Earl and Ella Petersen Dahlof; his siblings, Howard and Arlene; and his grandson Grant Wishard.
He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Schrader of Prescott, Iowa.; his children, Tamara Wishard (Kevin) of Austin, TX, Todd Dahlof of Overland Park, KS and Trudy Gormley (Paul) of Marion, IA; his granddaughter Alexa Gormley of Ames, IA; and his children, Lauren Wishard of Austin, TX and Jaclyn Wishard of Malibu, CA. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to 8-Ball Aviation Club of Harlan or the Arbor Day Foundation.
