With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charles L. Obrecht (Harlan, Iowa), who passed away on November 25, 2020 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald L. Obrecht and Helen Obrecht (Jensen); and his son Gregory Laverne. He is survived by: his sons, Donald Dean (Jennifer) of Harlan and Charles William; his wife Judy; his son Chuck (Renietta) of Harlan; his grandchildren, Allyssa, Wyatt, Addison, Reanna, Ryleigh, Cheyenne and Coy; and his siblings, Donna Scheel of Harlan, Karla Lemon of Harlan, Lyle Obrecht (Carol) of Harlan and Larry Obrecht (Sally) of Harlan. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
