He is survived by: his children, Linda Schwan of Walnut Creek, Jennifer Bilstad of Somers, Becky Stewart (Ed) of Gowrie, Joni Dvorak (Randy) of Bagely, Paula Stanek (Doug) of Fort Dodge, Patti Hjelmeland (Jack) of Harmony and David Wilhelm (Beth) of Hardy; his siblings, Loren Wilhelm (Betty) of Boone, Ken Wilhelm (Susan) of Grand Rapids, Ron Wilhelm (Theresa) of Lincoln, Nebraska, Margaret Hippen of Ames, Donna Day (Roger) of Humboldt, Elaine Johnson of Urbandale and Sharon McCormick of Rochester; and his sister-in-law Joanne Melling of Fort Dodge. He is also survived by twenty-five grandchildren; forty great grandchildren.
