He was predeceased by: his brother Brycen; and his grandparents, Jay, Charlotte Olson and Duane Larson. He is survived by: his parents, Mark J. Olson and Carolyn A. Olson (Larson) of Hardy; his siblings, Joshua Olson of Sioux City, Jeremiah Olson (Madeline) of Humboldt and Becky Olson of Fort Dodge; his grandmother Barbara Larson of Eagle Grove; and his nephews, Grayson and Raylon.
