He was predeceased by: his sister Tanya Schnuelle. He is survived by: his parents, Lawrence Benda and Marsha Benda (Welper) of Waukon; his wife Holly Lyn Callahan of Decorah; his daughters, Madilyn, Avery, Vivyan and Sylvia; his brothers, Tim of Reedstown, WI, Tom (Jennifer) of Postville and Travis (Ashley) of Waukon; his parents-in-law, Jim and Cindy Callahan of Lansing; his sisters-in-law, Heather Corwin (Todd) of Lansing and Hannah Steiber (Jason) of Lansing; and his nieces and nephews, Liam, Rose, Jason, Clara Benda, Addison, Abigail Schnuelle, Lydia, Isabelle Corwin, Delainee, Clayton and Creed Steiber.
