He was predeceased by: his parents, Dale Mollenbeck and Norma Mollenbeck (Madsen); his wife Linda Sue Brady; his son Cody; his brother Roger; his grandparents, Bert, Lena Mollenbeck (Olk), Carolina Madsen (Johansen), Chris and Letha Madsen (Bohlen); and his nephew Travis Ballhagen.
He is survived by: his son Trevor of Latimer; his stepfather Dean Miller of Hampton; his sisters, Cindy Ibeling (David) of Ackley and Tami Ballhagen (Kevin) of Sheffield; and his nieces and nephews, Chris Lind, Kelly Lind-Daufledt, Mark Ballhagen, Carley Ballhagen and Shelby Morgan.
In lieu of flowers, for those wishing to do so, memorials may be directed to any of the following organizations: The Franklin County Fair, Latimer or Coulter Fire Departments or the National Alliance on Mental Illness.
