She is survived by: her children, Christopher Fields (Sarah), Jason Fields, Jesse Fields and Chasity Lawson (Mike); her grandchildren, Kaitlynn, Zachery, Dakota, Sierra, Dominick, Tiffany and Alex; her great grandchildren, Alicia, Kendyl and Grayson; and her siblings, Wayne Lumley (Brenda), David Lumley (Laura), Mark Lumley (Ruth) and Kathy Schloemer.
